Brack Driving Policies

Experience Recommendation

We encourage new drivers take our course; however experience tells us that drivers should have at least one year of road driving experience before participating in our program.

Drivers and Guests under 19

Our insurance carrier requires that drivers and any non participant under the age of 19 must have waivers completed by a parent and/or their guardian. Further a parent or their guardian must be present at the event.

Any driver who does not comply with the above will not be able to participate in any on track activities and will be restricted to grandstand and other areas for the general public.

Any non participant who does not comply with the above will be restricted to grandstand and other areas for the general public.

Guests and Lunch

Guests who wish to have the lunch and refreshments we provide to participants will be required to advise the Registrar and pay the reasonable fee by the Monday before the school. Contact the Registrar for further details.

Passengers

Participants are not permitted to have passengers in their car, the only exception being an instructor.

Guests may get a ride with any instructor during instructor track time. Guests and/or participants who wish to get a ride with an instructor should approach any instructor, the chief instructor or the start finish marshal with their request. These individuals all have appropriate name tags.

Reimbursement Policy

Subject to a $20 administration fee, a participant's tuition is only refundable if they contact the registrar in writing and cancel their registration more than 15 days prior to the date of the event or if the written notice is given 15 days or sooner to the event and someone on the waiting list takes their place. Otherwise there is no refund of tuition.

If a participant's car is unsuitable or cannot complete the day for any reason there is no refund.

Participants agree to pay for any damage to the track or replenishment of supplies (e.g. recharge of fire extinguisher, track signage, etc.) they cause within ten days of written notice from Brack & Associates. They agree to such charge to their credit card.
