We customize driving events, tailor-made to the objectives of the client at a road course or large parking lot-type setting. We provide a relaxed and fun atmosphere where drivers can learn new skills that will assist them in day-to-day driving and become better drivers while meeting the objective(s) of the host.

High Performance Driving – “Become the Best Driver”
An advanced car control program held at a controlled road course and skid pad environment so drivers can concentrate on learning new techniques in an enjoyable atmosphere. Attending this event you will learn something new and discover capabilities that you did not realize your vehicle had. For those who think they may have an interest, it is a glimpse into competitive motorsport.
Our program not only teaches drivers to be more skilled, it just may save your life. You will learn how to drive more confidently in any driving condition (wet, dry or snow). We believe that this is an opportunity that everyone should experience, at least once, and if they like it, come back to build their skills further! The in-car coach adjusts to the skill level of the driver and their vehicle.
Confidence Builder – Drivers that need some confidence building (e.g. due to a motor vehicle incident, reaction to other drivers around them and speed on today’s roads) have found our program to be beneficial in helping them build trust in their abilities and learn some new skills to make themselves more comfortable and confident in day-to-day driving.
Racer Development – “Get a Better Time”
Only for licensed racers or advanced drivers who want to improve their lap times. A coach is assigned to you for the day, to help improve your lap times.
For optimum results, drivers should bring the vehicle they use at the track to maximize the benefits of this course. As a reminder, Helmets are mandatory. seating and restraints must be the same for driver and passenger.
Motorsport Consulting – This service is available at regional events or the driver’s “shop”, customized to the driver’s objectives for themselves and/or for car setup.
Race License Program
Successful completion of our race license program provides the necessary qualification to obtain a race license for sanctioned racing. There are two parts:
Part A – Demonstrated “Advanced Driving” Skills. These skills are obtained over the course of participating in a number of our High Performance Driving – “Become the Best Driver” programs with one of our race coaches in your car. The number of courses required to obtain the minimum skill level to satisfy this aspect of qualification varies with each driver; however, up to three sessions(days) is not uncommon.
Part B – Rules & Regulations. This segment is comprised of a one-day classroom session covering driving in competition together with a detailed review of the Rules and Regulations in sanctioned competitive motorsport. Also included are some race related driving exercises followed by a written exam. The exam requires a minimum passing grade of 75%. Part B can be taken at a mutually convenient time either at Shannonville Motorsport Park or in the GTA, throughout the season.
Once a driver has successfully completed both Part A and Part B, they then make an application to their regional racing body (e.g. CASC-OR). Application forms can be obtained from your regional authority which typically require: a full medical, evidence of membership in one of their affiliated clubs, their race license fee and of course our certificate of completion, their passport size photo.
